Spreading Hope With ‘Pawsitive Portraits’ 2025

Pawsitive Portraits 2025

Over the past few weeks, I had the privilege of combining two things close to my heart: photography and giving back.

In my North Canton studio I hosted a series of dog portrait sessions, called 'Pawsitive Portraits' with the goal of raising funds and awareness for the Domestic Violence Project, an organization that provides critical support, resources, and hope to survivors of domestic abuse.

Thanks to the generosity of our community, local pet owners came out to celebrate their furry companions, and contributed to a cause that brings light to some of the darkest moments people face.

Together, we raised over $1300 —a heartfelt contribution wrapped in wagging tails and sweet faces.

The Domestic Violence Project, Inc works to offer safety, healing, and empowerment to those who need it most.

This fundraiser was more than a donation—it was a way to remind people that small acts of kindness, when done together, can make a big impact!

Thank you to all who booked a session, spread the word, or simply supported the idea. You helped shine a little more light into the world—and I’m grateful to have been part of that with you.
